Mauro-Sheridan is full of pizza lovers! The cafeteria is one of the most popular places in the school. But many students wish there were more options of food to eat and tastier food to enjoy!
Second grader Jordan Navarro and many other students like the pizza from the cafeteria. Jordan also likes the rice. But he thinks that the atmosphere should be quiet because it’s really loud during lunch and that the food should look better.
Danaihja Jordan, a 7th grader, also likes pizza, and says “we can improve the food if we get professional chefs.”
8th grader Ciera Trent said, “I like the pizza, but I don’t like the sloppy joe.” Also she wishes they served fried chicken.
Gustavo Morales, a 6th grader, agreed. He wants the cafeteria to serve KFC.
Sebastian in second grade “I like the tomato sauce,” and wishes they “served a giant chicken.”
7th grader Brittany Cervantes said, “ I like the chicken teriyaki, but that that’s the only thing I like.” She wishes they served fast food.
‘’I like breakfast,’’ said Jayson Callgen who is in 4th grade. “But I don’t like how long they make us wait to eat.”
“I like the tacos” said 6th grader Raphael Quezada “But I don’t like the pizza”.
Students aren’t the only ones who think the cafeteria needs to change. “The food needs to be better and they need to bring back the real hamburgers and fries they used to have before,” said Amy River and Amy Miller who work in the cafeteria.
5th grade Taina Jienez said she likes peanut butter and jelly and ribs and hates the chicken wings.
Mauro Sheridan is still happy with the food that we have but students would love menu changes!
